M800

The M800 offers the next generation in Engine Management Systems (ECU). This system has been developed through rigorous research and practical field-testing. The M800 retains all the best features of Motecs previous ECU's, while offering a combination of unsurpassed power and flexibility.

Compact and lightweight, only 500 grams.
Only half the weight and half the size of the previous generation Engine Management Systems.
Upgraded microprocessor and memory accelerates overall speed.
A new generation time co-processor enhances control of Fuel and Ignition.
Leading edge processor means data can be logged at up to 200 samples per second.
The M800 talks to most existing sensors within your vehicle, saving costly additions of new sensors.

The M4 is the Motec 4 cylinder/rotary Engine Management System (ECU) designed to provide the power and quality of our Pro series but at lower cost by letting you option in only the features you require.

Can control up to 12 cylinders
Uses 3 dimensional mapping of engine speed against throttle or manifold pressure for improved accuracy.
Ignition control gives you the ability to drive your ignition modules and set your spark timing to be at its absolute optimum at all points.
Sequential injection (maximum 4 cylinders) lets you fire the injectors at the optimum time in the engine cycle and to adjust this for different engine RPM's
Advanced tuning gives many extra features including traction and launch control, Full Throttle gear shift, Turbo Antilag, additional sensory compensations and 512Kb of on board data logging
Configure the system to suit your needs, and enable more options if you need them later
Combines 3D mapping, sequential injection and ignition control
Can use nearly all original equipment and aftermarket ignition triggers, modules and coils, giving it unmatched flexibility
Can be triggered by either a hall effect switch, a logic drive or a magnetic sensor, with various signal types and with intelligent signal filtering insuring proper signal to noise ratio at any crank speed
Rejects low impedance conducted interference and to shield from radiated interference

Engine set-up, tuning diagnostics and utilities.
Monitoring, data logging and analysis.
Utilities for loading new program code and enabling special features.

M48

The M48 Engine Management System (ECU) has the ability to provide sequential injection and individual cylinder fuel/ignition trims for up to 8 cylinder engines and is designed to provide the power and quality of our Pro series but at lower cost by letting you option in only the features you require.

Uses 3 Dimensional fuel & ignition mapping and ignition control to give you the ability to drive your ignition modules and set your spark timing to be at its optimum at all points.
Sequential injection lets you fire the injectors at the optimum time in the engine cycle.
Advanced tuning gives many extra features including traction and launch control, Full Throttle gear shift, Turbo Antilag, additional sensory compensations and 512Kb of on board data logging
Configure the system to suit your needs, and enable more options if you need them later
Accurate control necessary to meet legislated emissions requirements, including closed loop narrow band lambda control. The engine must, of course, be emissions capable.
Can use nearly all the original equipment and aftermarket ignition triggers, modules and coils, giving it unmatched flexibility.
